What is DeltaEarth?
Co-founded by two ambitious high school students, DeltaEarth aims to inspire youth to create solutions to world issues, such as food insecurity and climate change. The word “delta” means change in Latin, with “DeltaEarth” translating to “Change Earth.” Through educational and interactive “doomsday museums,” DeltaEarth allows anyone and everyone to learn about crises and provides insight from people around the world who have faced these exact experiences.
In order to expand our reach, DeltaEarth provides lesson plans that are easily integrated into Google Classroom, so that teachers can provide instruction and raise awareness in schools.
Many world problems do not have enough action being taken for them; thus, DeltaEarth hopes to utilize the power of students to innovate and solve, creating real and implementable solutions.
